Marilynn Mobley

I'm a baby boomer PR executive in Atlanta.

I am a Senior Vice President at Edelman PR, where I provide insights on the habits of the Baby Boom generation (those born between 1946 and 1964).

In March, 2007, I turned 50 years old and find myself to be the quintessential Boomer. I have one daughter starting college and another about to graduate from college. I live in Marietta, GA, a suburb of Atlanta and own a lake house two hours east of Atlanta. My husband and I have been married for 25 years, as of April, 2007.

My close girlfriends and I have traveled together for 15 years on weekend getaways. I love luxury cars, spas and frozen margaritas. As a customer, I can be your worst nightmare or your best advocate.

I've had some significant medical challenges over the years, but have also had wonderful doctors and access to great health care and for that I am grateful.

My friends will tell you I'm very curious, fun-loving and bold. I love technology, being the first to own a cool new gadget and I'm a voracious consumer of magazines, blogs and daily newspapers.
